Today I had the best customer service experiences of my life at Dental street. I had to take my 1 year old baby in with me as we both had a dentist appointment. From the moment I got there my baby was fussy and I was ready to reschedule. However, the entire staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and valued as a patient. I had one employee offer to go out in the rain to get my diaper bag and an other person carry my crying baby while I got my cleaning. The dentist was especially lovely and understanding of my uncomfortable situation. Not very many businesses display this type of excellence, Dental street has really set the bar high.
